By accessing or using Hirealm ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Hirealm provides a platform for creating interactive virtual room tours from photographs. The Service includes a tour editor, photo hosting, shareable tour links, and embeddable tour viewers.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You must not share your credentials. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all photos and content you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant Hirealm a license to host, display, and serve your content as necessary to provide the Service.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights
  • Upload illegal, harmful, or offensive content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
  • Use the Service to distribute malware or spam
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Resell the Service without authorization

6. Free and Paid Plans

The Service offers a free tier with limited features and paid plans with additional capabilities. Free tier limitations include a maximum of 3 tours per account. Paid plan pricing and features are described on our pricing page.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your tours and uploaded content will be removed.

8. Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or updates.

9. Limitation of Liability

Hirealm is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
