Getting Started
5Hirealm is a SaaS platform that turns ordinary phone photos into interactive, navigable room tours. You photograph a property, upload the images, and connect rooms with clickable hotspot pins so viewers can explore the space as if they were walking through it. No expensive 360-degree cameras or specialized training required.
Sign up for a free account, then click "New Tour" from your dashboard. Give your tour a name, upload photos of each room, and use the editor to place navigation hotspots that link rooms together. Once you're happy with the flow, publish your tour and share the link with anyone.
Well-lit, landscape-oriented photos taken from the center of each room produce the best results. Avoid extreme angles, heavy shadows, and motion blur. Our guided capture flow gives you step-by-step instructions so every shot is usable.
Not at all. Any modern smartphone camera is more than sufficient. Hirealm was designed around phone photos from the start. A steady hand and decent lighting are all you need to create a professional-looking tour.
Each tour can contain as many room photos as you need to fully represent the property. There is no hard limit on photos per tour. Most property tours use between 5 and 20 photos depending on the size of the space.
Tours & Editor
5Hotspots are clickable pins you place on a photo to indicate where a viewer can go next. When a viewer clicks a hotspot, the tour transitions to the linked room photo. This creates a walkthrough experience similar to navigating a physical space.
Yes. You can drag and drop photos to reorder them, remove photos you don't need, or add new ones at any time. Changes are saved automatically so you never lose your work.
In the tour editor, click on the photo you want viewers to see first and select "Set as start." This is typically the front entrance or main living area, but you can choose any photo as the starting point.
Yes. Every tour has optional address fields where you can enter the street address, city, state, and zip code. This information appears on the tour and makes it easier for viewers to locate the property.
Published tours get a unique shareable link you can send to anyone. You can also copy an embed code to place the tour directly inside your website, MLS listing, or any page that supports iframes. The tour works on all devices and screen sizes.
Organizations & Teams
4Organizations let you group tours and team members under a shared workspace. This is ideal for brokerages, property management companies, or any team that needs to collaborate on tours. Each organization gets its own branded subdomain at yourname.hirealm.net.
From your organization settings, go to the Members tab and invite people by email. They will receive an invitation to join your organization. You can manage their roles and remove members at any time.
Admins have full control over the organization: they can manage members, update branding, adjust settings, and access all tours. Agents can create and manage their own tours within the organization but cannot change organization-level settings or manage other members.
Yes. You can upload a custom logo, set brand colors, and add your organization's description and contact information. On Pro and Business plans, you can also remove the Hirealm badge and use a custom domain for a fully white-labeled experience.
Pricing & Plans
4Yes. The Free plan lets you create up to 3 tours with no time limit and no credit card required. It includes basic photo upload, clickable hotspot pins, and shareable tour links. You can upgrade whenever you need more capacity or features.
The Pro plan ($29/month) includes up to 50 active tours, the Flowmap room editor, embeddable tours, custom logo and colors, removal of Hirealm branding, standard analytics, and priority support. It's designed for active agents who need more tours and professional presentation.
Go to your account settings and click on the Billing tab. From there you can choose the plan that fits your needs and complete the upgrade. Your new features are available immediately after payment.
Absolutely. All plans are month-to-month with no contracts. You can cancel anytime from your billing settings. Your tours remain accessible through the end of your current billing period, and you can always rejoin later.
Privacy & Security
3Yes. All data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored on Cloudflare's global infrastructure. Photos are stored in encrypted object storage. We follow industry best practices for authentication and access control to keep your data safe.
Only published tours are publicly accessible via their share link. Draft tours are visible only to you and members of your organization. You control when a tour goes live and can unpublish it at any time to make it private again.
Yes. You can delete your account at any time from your account settings. When you delete your account, all of your tours, photos, and personal data are permanently removed. This action cannot be undone.
